Moorhouse Media offers a wide range of services. Most of the services we offer have been categorised and can be seen below. But just because it's not in the list doesnt mean we don't offer it. If you have a unique design request that you feel is a little out of the ordinary please feel free to enquire about it and we would be happy to try and find a suitable solution for you. |

The first step would be for you to simply decide exactly what you require. You can get a better idea of this just by looking through our website at the services we offer. Once you have a good idea of what you need you can contact us for a quote and we can work through it together. |

Due to the nature of our service, and to protect our clients artwork, we cannot put up an online portfolio. If you are interested in seeing samples of work we have done for other clients please feel free to contact us in which ever way is easiest for you and we will happily send you some samples that are relevant to the field that you require. |

Most our clients prefer to communicate via E-mail. This is because it is easy to track specific dates, times, requirements, specifications and images. We are also available via Skype, MS Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, SMS, MXit and Telephonically. However E-mail is the preferred form of communication. |

Don't worry! We keep a backup of all the artwork and images we design. So, if at a later stage you delete or lose your files you're welcome to contact us and we'll provide them to you again. |

The easiest, fastest and safest way to send the artwork files is via E-mail. Occassionally we have a file which is simply too large to mail. Should this situation arise we will either supply you with an online link for you to download the files or post it to you on CD via snailmail. |

We have a number of different payment options. We accept Bank Transfers, Cash Deposits and Paypal. It depends on your location and which is cheaper for you in regards to fees and rates. The overall preferred payment method is Electronic Bank Transfer for clients within South Africa and Payoneer Online Credit Card Payments for our international clients. |

You will recieve the final artwork files once we have either recieved payment or proof of payment. Unfortunately this is the only guarantee we have that our clients will actually pay us. |

We have supplied satisfactory designs to certain clients within 24 hours, However, the design timeframe depends on the amount of work that needs to be done and whether or not your are satisfied with it. If time is one of your primary concerns we will be happy to keep you in the loop. |

We are able to supply the artwork to you in virtually any standard format. As a basic ground format all our artwork is supplied in CDR. however depending on the purpose of your designs, we are able to supply many other formats such as JPG. GIF. PDF. EPS. AI. etc...... |

Over the years we have recieved some very strange ideas in some very wierd forms. Pictures are very helpful. If you have seen an image that contains the idea you like please supply it. We are also happy to look at your sketchs, drawings and any other material you may have that you think will be useful. |

If you don't have a Supplier or Manufacturer already we would be happy to put you in contact with one near you. |

Most of the jobs we recieve from our clients do not require a deadline. However, we start all the projects as soon as possible, which in most cases is immediately. We understand that in some circumstances our clients have unrealistic deadlines which need to be met. We understand this and try our best to cater for them. The majority of our projects are completed within 7 days. However most of this time is correspondence. |
